Notably, he is one of only 29 Spanish OSHA Authorized Trainers for Construction in Arizona, addressing a critical need for accessible safety education. His extensive educational background, including an M.S. in Safety Management from West Virginia University and dual M.S. and B.S. degrees in Construction Management from Arizona State University, underscores his commitment to professional excellence and comprehensive safety training.
